I need solution for my friend. He is run away from company seans last four year. Now he want legal visa he ready to pay all fines.but i want to now what's the process for legalized his visa.with paying of all fines.

Hello sir thanks for given respons for our question .Run away means going out from company with any information and any notice .Between my freind and that company contract of emplyee and emplyer.He stay in dubai not go any ware . He not make any problem for company he go him self take own decesion .Now he want very thing legal by pay all kinds of fines

About your inquiry , in both cases your friend is in problem . cause if his contract is fake . and he is not working .. he is just in living in \dubai . thats mean it is aginest the law . and he will get is punishment wi\ith is ban from work in UAE . and lose his residance; How ever if he could prove that the contract is fake the employee also will have punishment too

Thats will be some how difficult .. cause this is neet top cancel the claim from his emplyee that he was runaway . and he need to move to new employee and this is need someone condition like he finish one year in his preveous work and the acception from the two emplyees for this move
