what is the alternative option of morning pills ?
you can use regular OCP instead and it works in the same method
how should you take the OCP as emergency pills ?
- choose combination pills type such as yasmine or gynera pills
- take 4 pills per dose ( 2 doses needed )
- take first dose in the first 72 hours of the incident
