no , its wont effects your sexual safety directly , you can still perform normal sex and its safe , and you still have to use protection whether you are circumsied or not if you have sexual activity with unknown-history partner
is there studies confirm that ?
some back in 2000`s studies shows that circumcised males have lower chances of having STDs such as hsv and hpv , but those studies arent enough
