Good afternoon, I m Sumit & I got offer letter from a company in Dubai.And I upload my CV in other sites also..today I got another offer letter from second company..who gave me good package then first one...& I m in visit visa...can I cancel my first company offer letter?

We would like to inform you that the offer letter is not considered a contract and therefore there are no obligations upon you, so that you may cancel the first offer letter and get the second one provided that the first offer letter is not approved by you, because once the offer letter is approved upon and if the worker agreed to what was stated in the offer letter, then the contract is to be concluded. The other details are governed by the agreement stated in the employment contract.
