Hello Doctor am Sarah. I have sinuses...

Doctor am Sarah.
I have sinuses for years now, I have been taking different antihistamines over a long period now. Before I was allergic to cold weather and dust but now it comes as an attack every after some hours non stop of which I get severe nose congestions running nose with blood mucus and a strong headache.
I have not done any scanning before.
Please doctor advise me on what to do or on the right medication I should take . Its worsening I can sleep well cos of difficulty in breathing

What is the treatment of irritation congestion of nose and sinusitis ?
Avoid any stimuli that cause nasal irritation, such as dust and perfume. Next:
Drink hot natural herbs such as anise, chamomile and other natural herbs.
Use of anti-allergic therapy before bedtime Loratadine 10mg 1x1.
Treatment such as Fluticasone nasal spray to relieve allergies significantly.
