Hi i have phimosis problem.. scin not open...

what is the possible treatment of phimosis ?
- first you have to consult a urology doctor to do the needed tests and determine the treatment options , which are mainly one of the following ;
first option : topical treatment and this can be used usually in early age of patient , topical steroids are used to lighten the forskin and make it easy to be retracted , manual daily retraction should be self- done , and if presented with infection , topical antibiotics can be used such as erthyomtcin 
second option : circumcision , which is mainly removal excessive forskin surgically 
what are the causes of phimosis  ?
phimosis  is normal to appear or exist as forskin can normal cover the penis head area , a bit more excessive forskin along with less manual retraction in childhood lead to current situation 
- infection may appear due to low hygine 
what are the needed tests ?
- physcial examination 
- swab culture test if infection or inflammation exists
