How to treat heavy menstruation

you can take the drug tranexamic acid which will help in stopping the bleeding and you can take combined oral contraceptive pill that contains both estrogen and progesterone to stop the bleeding and you should be assessed by the gynecologist to detect the cause of the bleeding which may be due to fibroids in the uterus which can be managed by the drug leuprolide  of by surgery and you should exclude the presence of coagulopathy or low platelets which can be treated by platelets transfusion

ypu sgould be assessed by the gynecologist and you should has CBC done to exclude the presence of anemia due to heavy bleeding or the presence of low platelets and you should has PT and PTT done to exclude the presence of coagulopathy and abdominal ultrasould sould be done to exclude uterine fibroids
