treatment of back and foot pain :
the treatment depend on the cause , and for treatment we advice you take rest for at least 48-72 hours and cold compressors every 20 minutes on the pain site , take pain killer like trofen 600mg three times daily , use diclofen gel 4 times daily , take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation , and if there is inflammation you can use Clelcoxib 200mg once daily for 5 days 
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing CBC and CRP nad ESR to detext inflamation , and do X-ray on the pain site to detect the bone problems and MRI on the back

• carring heavy things
• herniated disc
• trauma
