Good morning, my name is Sona. I took my second dose of pfizer vaccine 3 days back and after I took the next day I was feverish and I had throbbing chest pain and both arms were paining as well. The next day towards night both chest pain and arm pain had gone. But I started having pain in the upper abdomen of my stomach. I would like to get the reason for this.

What is the possible reasons of your current medical condition ?
its possible that those symptoms are side effects of the vaccine , or it may be side effects of anti-fever or painkillers intake 
- in both condition , those symptoms arent supposed to be severe or long lasting 
what to do next :
first , you can take fomodar as stomach pain reliever and you can omeprazole as anti-acid of stomach , and we advise you to have easier meals like soups , its also advised to drink more water 
- if the pain of stomach lasted more than 3 days or new symptoms appeared , consult your internal medicine doctor 
side effects of covid vaccine :
1. general weakness 
2. fever 
3. flu-like symptoms 
4. headache 
5. muscle pain
6. vomiting and nausea
