I am a US citizen and I'm pregnant. I intend to give birth in USA for better medical care. I need my "Egyptain" husband with me. How can we get an emergency appointment for a B2 visa at the US embassy in Egypt? We applied for it and got rejected. I'm very stressful about giving birth alone and this is affecting my baby.

If you want to get a tourist visa to America, that visa is called B-2
With the following steps:
Step 1:
Complete the Electronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160).
Through the following website:  Electronic Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160)
Step 2:
Pay the fees.
Step 3:
Schedule an appointment at the site of this US immigration service. There are three information to schedule your appointment:
1.      Passport number
2.      CGI reference number of your visa fee receipt.
3.      The 10 digit bar code number from your DS-160 Form Confirmation page.

Step 4:
Visit the US Embassy at the date and time of your visa interview. You must bring a hard copy of the letter of appointment, the confirmation page of the DS-160 form, a personal photograph taken during the previous six months, the present passport and all the old passports. Orders that do not have all of these items will not be accepted.

You have to submit the following documents when you apply:
·         Current evidence of income, tax payments, real estate ownership, or ownership of business or assets.
·         The plan of the trip / or any other explanation of your planned trip.

We need to get approved for an emergency visa as our appointment is set for December and my husband needs to be in USA by June to attend the birth of our child. How can we do that?

In the event that the visa is refused, the rejection decision can be objected to the American embassy within thirty days, with the husband submitting data on his return to his place of residence, especially since the reasons for the refusal come that the husband may reside in America and will not return in the event of the expiry of the visa here in the event that the husband submits evidence of his return, such as presenting that He shall have a job, a salary certificate, and a property certificate. The embassy may decide to amend the rejection decision, and the embassy may decide to refuse

There is no emergency visa, and the matter is related to procedures in the event that the visa is refused, to which it has been directed, but it is also possible for you to travel and send an invitation to the husband upon arrival for the purposes of applying for a visa in an urgent manner, explaining the reasons and attaching the marriage contract for the purposes of granting the husband a visa and then travel
