We would like to inform you that Procedures for foreign marriage in Egypt:
The wife and husband attend the building of the Ministry of Justice in Lazoghly, Downtown Cairo.
-The age of the spouses must not be less than 21 years
-The age difference between the spouses should not be more than 25 years
-A copy of the wife's residency and valid travel marriage
-The temporary residence is stamped from the Tahrir complex in Cairo, the purchase of a family stamp, the presence of two witnesses, a certificate from the embassy of your country in Egypt of your marital status, a certificate from the state of the spouses not to object to marriage, and the marriage is consummated
Then it is certified by the real estate and foreign affairs, and the rest of the procedures are completed by the couple's embassy in Egypt, a medical report for the two spouses from a government hospital, personal photos, and approval from the church if one of the spouses is Christian or both
Foreigners' marriage contract in Egypt:
-First: The presence of the foreign wife in person during the procedures for the marriage contract or its authentication if it is a common-law marriage contract -Second: A certificate from the embassy of the foreign husband's country must be presented with no objection to marriage And it shall be certified by the foreign ministry in the country of the Arab foreigner stating (marital status - religion - age - nationality) and this certificate shall be certified by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry
-Third: A valid passport. The passport has a residence permit from the Passports and Nationality Authority
-Fourth: The Egyptian husband presents the national number card and the foreign spouse provides the passport
-Fifth: a family stamp from the post office
-Sixth: Presenting a medical examination certificate for the husband and wife, to be from a government hospital with the seal of the emblem of the Republic in Egypt
-Seventh: 5 recent personal photos of each of the spouses
-Eighth: Two sane adult Egyptian witnesses, over 21 years old, must be present
-Ninth: In the event that the Egyptian husband is a Christian, he must present a certificate of absence of impediments from the church and be approved by the Security Directorate
-Tenth: If the foreign wife does not speak Arabic, then there must be a certified translator to end the procedures upon marriage
Note that there are other conditions that differ according to the nationality of the spouses or one of them
