You can restore your account by following these steps
Go to facebook.help from here
click on my account is compromised
Write your email and password, then press continue
Write your new e-mail address and write your e-mail to contact Facebook technical support, reply to you and click Continue
Now fill in the form below
Enter the email address of the disabled account
The name of the Facebook account as it exists in the disabled account
Upload your profile photo by clicking on choose files and selecting the image from your phone or computer
Write additional information about you in the box shown in the image
Click Send
After sending the request you have to wait for the response by the Facebook administration
