Is it allowed for diabetics to eat fruits without limits?  What is the not-allowed fruit?

 
Fruits are considered among the healthy groups that are recommended by nutritionists to include them in the daily diet, but the matter needs to be defined for some groups, especially diabetics, as the matter is different.
 
All of us know that diet has an essential role in controlling blood glucose levels. Therefore, specific fractions (2-4 fractions) of fruit are often determined, calculated according to the rest of the food items included in the diabetic's diet.
 
As for the answer to the part of the not-allowed fruit, there are no prohibited varieties of fruits, but there are some types that are preferred to be avoided or not to eat them too much which are characterized as having a high glycemic index, such as pineapple, dates, grapes, figs and all kinds of juices, even if they are natural and fresh.
 

Tips to maintain the health of the diabetics:

 
-Take care of the quantity and quality of carbohydrates consumed during the meal as well as throughout the whole day, as you must rely on whole grain products and avoid products made from white flour.
 
-Pay attention to the so-called glycemic index of the various foods eaten, as a high glycemic index leads to a rapid rise in glucose in the blood, while a low glycemic index can be controlled.
 
-Eat legumes daily, but in measured quantities, as they contain carbohydrates.
 
-As for meat, chicken and fish, you should remove the fat from them before cooking, and do not add fats during cooking.
 
-Reliance on fat-free or low-fat products for milk and all its derivatives.
 
-Vegetables and fruits are rich-fiber foods that help control blood glucose levels.  Therefore, we advise not to make it as a juice to take advantage of its fibers.
 
-Refrain from consuming sugar, honey, sweets, soft drinks and juices.  It is possible to use artificial sweeteners in small quantities.
