To lose weight advice: 
 
 -Eat small amounts of food daily in 5 small meals and avoid eating any meal in a way that it is overeating, as excessive satiety and excessive hunger should be avoided.
- Drink 12 cups of water daily, and we recommend you drinking 2 cups of water once you wake up on an empty stomach and 2 cups before each meal.
 -Drink 2-3 cups of ginger, green tea or cinnamon daily.
- Exercise daily for at least 45 minutes, and we recommend brisk walking.
- Refrain from eating fats, fried foods, prepared foods and fast food.
 -Follow intermittent fasting daily by fasting 4 hours before going to bed and until the next morning.
- Eat more vegetables in your meals for reducing carbohydrates, especially white ones like rice.
 
A healthy diet to lose weight:
 Breakfast: half a loaf of small brown bread or bran or 2 toasted toast / two egg whites or a piece of boiled white cheese / one tablespoon of labneh or a triangle of cheese / half a cup of milk or shanina(yogurt).
 Snack: a portion of fruit, for example, one apple, a medium banana, or a medium-sized orange.
 Have a cup of green tea with half a spoon of honey half an hour before lunch.
 Lunch: a cup of vegetable soup or stew cooked like green beans or molokhia or peas, provided that it is fresh and not dried, as the dried is considered rich in calories such as white beans and others, and it can be replaced with a cup of vegetable salad with lemon, vinegar and spices / cup of rice or cooked freekeh without fats / 60 grams of veal, cooked in the oven or kebab, and its alternative is 60 grams of grilled or boiled chicken breast / half a cup of low-fat milk.
 Snack: a fruit or a portion of close to a fist, for example 17 grapes or 5 strawberries.
 A cup of ginger or unsweetened cinnamon half an hour before dinner.
 Dinner: a cup of vegetable salad seasoned with lemon and vinegar / a cup of low-fat yogurt.
