normal pulse rate:

  • the normal pulse is between 80-100 BPM, so if you have pulse rate between 80-100 its considerd normal but if it persists you should consult the doctor to do ECG and some tests

treatment:

  • Sinusitis is a common problem for many people, and it occurs as a result of a viral infection in most cases, symptoms resolve within 7-10 days, in a few cases a bacterial infection develops, and the inflammation results in swelling of the area around the nose and eyes, face pain and headache, to treat Nasal sinuses It is advised to follow some tips to relieve symptoms such as rinsing the nose with water and salt or saline sprays and placing a towel with warm water on the face and inhaling through it to moisten the nose, or corticosteroid sprays such as Fluticasone or Biodesonide, and drugs to relieve congestion such as  Decongex two tablets three times a day , ibuprofen can be taken two 600 mg tablets per day. In the event that inflammation develops with a bacterial infection, an antibiotic such as Amoxicillin 500 mg can be added three times a day for five days.

diagnosis :

  • Diagnosis is made based on symptoms,clinical examination, and some tests such as x-ray and CT images of the sinuses, taking a swab from the nose and do culture for it to identify the microbe, a flexible rhinoscope can be used for clearer vision.

  • Pain and swelling around the nose and under the eyes
