is it contraindicated to take paracetamol post cov 19 vaccination ?
its  absolutely ok to take paracetamol after being vaccinated and there is no recommendations against it 
is it for me to feel headache post vaccination ?
yes and you might feel some other signs including 
  • feeling chills 
  • fatigue 
  • fever
  • dizziness

who cannt take the vaccine ?
  • having an ongoing infection with covid 19 
  • immunosupressed patient 
  • allergic to the vaccine components

what is the advice ?
w advice you to drink plinty of water and try to relax to avoid increasing the headache severity
