Hello Doctor,
I have taken my first dose of Sinopharm vaccine yesterday and since then I have fever, body pain and severe headache. Is this normal or should I go to the hospital?

Covid vaccine side effects:
Taking covid vaccine can result in many side effects as:
Headache
Arthralgia
Sore throat
Fever
General fatigue
Is your symptoms normal?
It is normal to have such these symptoms, but if you have severe symptoms you have to visit your clinic for clinical examination and PCR test to detect covid infection.
Treatment of symptoms:
You can take paracetamol 500 mg to relieve such symptoms, and you have to drink good amount of fluid, and you can take vitamin c and zink
