Hi, im a 18 year old male. Everytime I get nervous or mad or scared I feel my blood pressure is falling and all my body starts to itch and i fell there are spikes all over my body even my head and it hurts alot. What is this from and whats happening? Please and thankyou

you should visit internal medicine doctor in order to make clinical examination
and reach the correct diagnosis and treatment
there are some labs u should do
, FREE T3 , FREE T4 , TSH 
u may have a problem with thyroid gland because any problem like hyperthyroidism
may cause nervousness , hot intlolerance , weight loss , mood changes and
blood pressure disturbances sometimes
