Hello sir, my name is suman baniya and i am from nepal. i was arrived dubai on 5november 2015, our company is supply company so it not good my job is house keeping and working hours is 10 hour but salary just 850 only so i want to change my company but our company don't give us to go other company

for transfer to new employee in UAE you need
1: at least finish one year in the first labor contract
2: the accept from both employee . the previouse and the one you wan to move to
3: if your present employee break the labor law and didnt give you your rights such as salary
4: you should move to same field ( job )
how ever from 2016 there new labor law in UAE and theres a lot of talking about new conditions for transfer the employers , so i advice you to wait the new law and see whats the benfits you can get
