Hello, I have been terminated from Alshaya...
Hello,
I have been terminated from Alshaya yesterday without any satisfactory reasons and want to learn the total amount for the entitlements. My start date was 1st of october 2014 and end of notice period is 26th of march 2016. accrual leave days will be 35 days and my total monthly salary is 2750 KWD. could you kindly support on calculating total amount that I will get? and also how long can I stay here in Kuwait after cancelation of my residency.
