I am having skin allergy, rashes and skin...
I am having skin allergy, rashes and skin infection. I have taken anti allergic medicine also but no cure. Please advice if I should consult general physician or dermatologist?

Treatment of skin problems:
It depends on the cause and severity of skin disease, so you can use the betamethazone cream twice daily and cetrizine 10 mg once daily before sleep for 5 days for allergy, and if there is fungal infection you can use miconazole cream twice daily, and fucidin cream twice daily for bacterial
infection.
Diagnosis of skin problems:
It depends on the clinical examination of a dermatologist and investigations as CBC to rule out infection
Causes of skin problems:
- skin allergy which associated with itching, redness, swelling, and rash
- Fungal infection which associated with itching, ras
- Bacterial infection which associated with redness, fever, swelling, pain

This is the first type of cause. I have applied and use these medication but no cure. I have changed my home and since then I am having this allergy. Even my kids have the same.

You must visit dermatology doctor to take skin swap and histopathalogy the sample and blood test to exclude out systemic disease
