Hello doctor,
My wife delivered a baby boy 4 months ago. We had sex after 4 months and she had her period as well. Now, she missed her period and vomited. Is there any possibility for my wife to get pregnant even after menses? We're a little scared. Could you please answer me?

is it possible to be pregnant in this case ?
- if you have sexual intercourse then female have normal period : its not possible
- if you have sexual intercourse then female missed her period : yes its possible
* if she missed her period without previous sexual intercourse , then thats normal as well because females may face period irrgularties after pregnancy and delivery in first 6 months
What are the options of pregnancy tests ?
1. HCG hormone level blood test
2. home pregnancy test ( urine )
3. ultrasound test ( in clinic )
How early can you do those tests :
1. HCG hormone test : 25th day of the current period
2. home pregnancy test : first week of the next period
3. ultrasound test : second week of the next period
Early pregnancy signs :
1. delayed period
2. increase vigainal discharge
3. abodiminal discomfort
4. change in mood status
