I am 54 yrs old, my medical results are okay except diabetes and high blood pressure. I took some medicines, my diabetes is now controlled but my blood pressure remains high.

Will you recommend good medicine for high blood pressures? I already varities of medicine prescribed by doctors in UAE but not effective.
