Managment of Breast pain
Breast pain is a common pain that is encountred by females especially ovulating or nursing females, if it happen in a midcyclic manner its as a result of hormonal changes and could be treated using Primrose oil tab twice daily for 4 weeks in addition to Ibuprofen 600 mg tab three times a day, Consult surgeon to uncover any breast pathology
Investigations
After proper physical exam looking for palpable masses, Hormonal assay of Estrogen, Progestron ,Prolactin should be done, breast US should be done to look for any possible lesions

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet, avoid smoking , avoid caffiene containing drinks and wear comfortable bras
