Hello Doctor! I have been struggling with my deep sleep problem since i remember. My deep sleep problem is Once i fall asleep i cant hear or feel if someone tries to wake me up even if they shake me or call me out. Unless my 5 to 8 hours of Total deep sleep isnt completed its almost impossible to wake me up. I have asked family to throw a few drops of water on my hands, feets or face which only worked for a few days and then i wouldnt even wake up if someone threw water on me. I feel really embarrassed due to my lack of control on my sleep which gets me into embarrassing moments like late for work or sleeping while guest have arrived etc. People who know me or spent time with me thinks that i do it on purpose but i even tho i have told them that its not in my control they still think i do it on purpose. I have tried many herbs suggested by herbalists but it doesnt work for me. I am pretty sure this is some kind of dissorder but i dont know how to get rid of it. My community is such that almost everyone around me are even woken up by a slightest sound (eg. Drop a pen on the floor etc) let alone calling their name or shaking them. Please help me to understand what is wrong with me and how to solve it. Thanks
