Symptomes and management of Gastic ulcer
Gastric ulcer and gastritis are among the commonest causes of stomach pain that is caused by increase in stomach acid secreation, the state of gastritis can progress to gastric bleeding that is manifisted as black stool because of stomack acid interaction with blood. Its treated with stomch acid suppression using Esomprazol 40 mg tab once daily for 28 days, avoid the use of NSAIDS analgesics like diclofen, avoid caffiene, smoking and consult gastroenterologist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam you should do stool test for H pylori, CBC to detect anemia, coagulation profile PTT, INR to detect coagulation abnormalities, Gastroscope to detect ulcers  and gastritis 
Causes 

• Gastric and dudenal ulcers 
• Gastritis 
• H pylori infection 
• Gastric tumors 
• NSAIDS use 
• Coagulopathy 

Our advice 
You are adviced to have a well balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits, avoid the use of NSAIDS analgesics like diclofen, avoid caffiene, smoking and have regular exercise
