Symptomes and management of Chronic kidney disease 
Kidney is one of the major organs in the body responsable for fluid balance, Electrolytes and excreation of body toxins in the form of urea and creatinin. In case of CKD the patient will develop progressive loss of kidney function till the end stage with various symptomes and signs that include fatigue, pallor , anorexia and mental change. CKD will affect the cardiovascular system as it predispose to Ischemic heart disease and atherosclerosis. The development of appetite loss is associated with progressive increase in Urea and Potassium in the body, the underlying cause of kdiney failure should be uncovered and treated to stop the loss of kidney function and the estimation of GFR should be done by the nephrologist to determine the need for dialysis.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to detect anemia, Blood sugar to assess for hyper glycemia, BP measurment to uncover hypertension, Urea, Cr, Uric acid , K, Ca, GFR, Cr Clearance should be done to detect deterioration in kidney function. Kidney US and biopsy to diagnose the deterioration in kidney structure
