hi good morning, I have been put absconding case...
hi good morning, I have been put absconding case by my agency even I was already cancelled by my previous employer, and they hold my passport as well, I dont know where to claim my passport since there is amnesty program for like me. my passport id is P9742848A.. I have been to al awir immigration lately but they said my passport was not there, I called my agency and my previous sponsor and they are all denying as well.. what can I do..I want to go home now

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
