Management of Urinary tract infections 
Urinary tract infections  are among the most commonly encountred infections to cause dysurea, increase urination and hematurea. Its treated maily using the proper antibiotic after urine analysis and culture. The antibiotic of choice is Trimethoprime/Sulphamethaxasol 800 mg tab twice a day for 7 days in addition to Diclofen 50 mg tab twice a day. phenazopyridine can be used as local urinary disinficant with a dose of tow tablets every day. Urinay stones are a coomon cause of hematurea that should be diagnosed and treated properly after a consultation of A urologist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, Urine analysis should be done in addition to urine culture, CBC to detect any rise is WBC count , Kidney Ultrasound scan to detect stones and hydronephrosis, CT with contrast to detect any uritric stones 
causes

• Urinary stones
