Contact dermatitis is defined as development of skin rash and irrtation after usage of a chemical substance locally on the skin, its manifisted as development of localized rash and sking itching at the site of appliction, its treated by discontinuation of the topical agent, use Betamethason valeriate cream twice a day and consult a dermatologist if symptomes perisisted
