Symptomes and treatment of Gynecomastia 
Gynecomastia is defined as proliferatoin of breast tissue to an unusual size that resemble a female pattern of breast size without pain or nipple discharge, its treated surgically for cosmetic reasons by surgical removal of excess breast tissue and reduction of the breast size to a male breast size, it needs plastic surgeon consultation.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam a hormonal essay should be done Testosteron, B HCG , DHEAS, ESTROGEN, PROLACTIN  in addition to breast US to assess the chracter of breast tissue and testicular US to detect testicular tumor, Brain MRI to detect pituitary gland adenoma

  • Breast tumor 
  • Testicular seminoma 
  • Pituirary Adenoma
