Welcome and thank you for your trust in us
Employee is entitled to end of service benefits on the face following:
A - ten days pay for each year of service of the first five years and fifteen days for each of the following years so as not to increase the reward in the aggregate wage of the year, and that workers who sue their wages day laborer or a week or a freelancer or hourly.
B - taxi fifteen days for each year of service of the following years so as not to increase the reward in the aggregate wage and a half years and that workers who Tkadon wages per month.
Working deserved reward for the fractions of the year by the silver ones at work will not be counted for the worker any reward for years of past service for the application of the law and its publication in the Official Gazette on March 15, 1959.
Application of this law any rights or privileges decided to factor in the contracts or the applicable rules at any institution or body or an employer shall not prejudice.
