First stage - job offer letter

The offer letter and its annexes containing the important details about the job, and both parties must sign these documents. Once you sign it, it becomes a valid contract.

The second stage - signing the contract

2.1) The employer then applies after the approval on residence, which gives the worker a permit to work in the UAE. This is subject to the employer's share of the workers.

2.2) If the assigned quota is approved, the public relations staff of the will submit the work contract. An employment contract is a document that is signed by the employer and the worker, upon which the worker commits to work for the employer under his / her management, in return for fees / salary paid by the employer. Once the employment contract is signed, the job offer is totally replaced by this contract, and it must be submitted to the Ministry of Labor within fourteen days.

Third stage - the worker obtains a work permit.

3.1) If the worker is outside the UAE: The procedures starts by obtaining a work permit for expatriates at the Ministry of Labor, it is given valid for two months from the date of its issuance, then the labor contract has to be signed (based on the offer letter) and submitted to the Ministry of Labor within 14 days of the worker’s arrival to the UAE.

Fourth stage - completing of the latest formalities (work visa)

The sponsoring company (Employer) shall then arrange the procedures for:

Medical Examination,

Obtaining a resident ID card (Emirates Card),

Business card,

The work residence permit will be stamped on his / her passport, and these procedures shall be made within a period of 60 days.
