Treatmant of smelly vaginal dicharge
it may be caused by increase in vaginal bacteria which is called bacterial vaginosis and its treatment is metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for 7 days and the cause may be vaginal candidiasis and it is treated by fluconazole 150 mg single dose and the cause may by trichomoniqsis and the treatment is metronidazole 250 mg every 8 hours for 1 weel
