Good afternoon, please i want to ask, i finished my contract on 20th of June but my employer is trying to pay me a totally reduced amount i complained to labour they try to settle it but all to no avail so they said they are transferring it to labour court on Saturday, my employer did not provide accommodation for the two years i spent with the company. Can i request in court that my employer should be responsible for my house rent prior to the time the case will be over in court? Please i need your advice

What I did from submitting a complaint to the Ministry of Human Resources against the employer, which later emerged after the failure to resolve the complaint amicably to the labor court the Labor Court is the one that will issue a court ruling obligating the employer to pay all your rights in full, but it is not possible to submit a request to the judge in order for the employer to bear the rental value until the end of the case.

So what provision does the law of the land has for an employee who is financially incapacitated and only depending on the gratuity which the employer his refusing to pay to survive both accommodation wise and otherwise.
