We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, the 3 months salary is just in an arbitrary dismissal situation and if the worker doesn't have notice period. Consequently, if you have notice period, you don't have the right to ask for a 3 months salary only if article 115 is applied.
It is arbitrary dismissal if the contract is limited and the employer terminate it other than mentioned in article 120, then the employer shall pay compensation to the worker for the damage, that compensation shall not exceed the wage of 3 months or the rest period of the contract, which is shorter, if there is nor terms stated in the contract other that that.
That if there is no notice for you.
