normal creatinine level :
1. males : 0.7 to 1.2 mg/dL (60–110 μmol/L)
2. females : 0.5 to 1.0 mg/dL (45–90 μmol/L)
- you level of creatinine is 227 , which is higher than normal , but isnt considered as a highly risky level
how about your test results : 1,25 ?
- your test result is almost normal , but you should reconsult your doctor , as well as redo the test in the following 2 - 3 weeks
how to lower creatinine level is :
1. first and most important , stick to your diabeties and HTN medication , dont change or stop taking any medication without doctor consultation
2. have a healthy eating system , regulated meals , and avoid protient-high food types such as red mears
3. make sure your medications arent causing increasing of creatinine level as a side effect
