I got a bite from either a bed bug bite or maybe a cockroach. I just woke up one morning and my face itchy (upper cheek near my lower left eye) as well as my right lip was a bit itch and swelling. Few days later it's not itchy anymore yet it formed like a dark blood cloth on my upper cheekbone. I'm scared coz it's close to forming into a keloids if it won't be treated as early as possible. Is there a safest natural remedy to avoid that to happen?

It's not itching anymore, though there is still a swollen purple color on the bitten area. It's more like an after effect. My concern is the swollen purple color shape like small c. Hope it won't stay longer and not become keloids. Do you have other options?
