Hi... I'm a 35yr old male suffering from burning and sharp aching pain since 2 week on my right thigh.i took diclofenac 75mg along with vitamin B12.still I am facing the same pain.what I can take to reduce the condition

What is the treatment for thigh pain?
You should see an orthopedic or neurologist to assess your condition as the symptoms have not improved. You should keep using diclofenac as well as vitamin B12. You can also use PREGABALIN one tab per day after visiting the doctor. It's also advised to avoid long-standing, heavy work and to take enough rest
Diagnosis ?
History and physical examination should be carried out by an orthopedic surgeon. CBC, vitamin B12 analysis, calcium level should be done. CT scan for lumbar vertebrea can also be done
