esomeprazole 40 mg tablets twice daily for 14 days
amoxicillin 1000 tablets every 12 hours for 14 days
tinidazole 500 tablets every 12 hours for 10 days
levofloxacin750mg tablets daily for 10 days
The examination is repeated after 14 days of treatment to make sure the bacteria is eliminated
