In the case of colic can be used MEBEVERINE as well as mint oil
In the case of constipation can be used meals rich in fiber and in case of non-response can be used lactulose liquid 30 cm before sleep

well if ther is no change in diffecation habits and there is no change in your weight or anemia 
there is n nood to do endoscopy or colonoscopy
