Treatment of hair loss 
Hair loss is considered as the commonest hair problem among females that is manifisted by continous hair loss in many different areas of the scalp. ,mostly hair loss problems are due to nutritional deficency especially Iron and Vit E, So you are adviced to take Iron tablets once daily and Vit E 15 mg tab twice daily. In addition you are adviced to use filtered clean water for shower with herbal Shampoos and avoid using chemicals on your hair, you may also benifit from natural hair masks that you can prepare at home using a mix of banana + Avocado + Honey that should be mixed together and applied to your hair twice weekly till the problem resolved. if no improvement you should consult a dermatologist 
Required tests 
After doing a proper clincal exam you should do CBC to detect anemia, and do a kidney function tests ( Urea, Cr ) to detect any rise in kidney functions, Total protein and Albumin are a good indicators of nutrition that should be done.Thyroid function tests TSH, T4

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet rich in protein, vegetables and fruits, avoid using salty water and chemical shampoos for shower and use a cap to cover your hair while you are out.
