Treatment of left testicular pain:
It depends on the cause, so treatment may include just observation as for hydrocele, mild varicocele, or antibiotic for infection as ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 5-10 days, and you may need surgery for varicocele or hydrocele...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of left testicular pain:
You have to visit an urologist for clinical examination and investigations as CBC, ESR, CRP for infection, ultrsound to detect varicocele
