What is the day of ovulation?
Ovulation day is the day when the egg emerges from the ovary to begin its journey through the fallopian tubes.
The egg remains for about 48 hours in the uterus and in the fallopian tube, and if the egg does not meet with sperm. The egg continues the stages of the menstrual cycle without pregnancy. It is very important to know the days of ovulation at any time to increase the likelihood of pregnancy.
How is Ovulation Day calculated?

The temperature of the body rises slightly: therefore, the temperature must be tracked and measured through out the days. When the temperature rises to about half a degree Celsius, there is ovulation (in the absence of any other organic cause of high temperature)

Regardless of the length of my menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs on day 14 from the beginning of the cycle
