what are the causes of back pain ?
the most common cause is muscle spasm otherwise yoy must exclude okut disc prolapse and degeneratve vertebral body and discopathy What are the investigatoion ?
you must do upper spine MRI and may back Xray is enough to exclude out previous mentioned causes you must do CBC - RF - vaitmin D LEVEL by laborratory results
we advise you to de DEXAbone scan
How to treat?
use of muscle relaxant as relaxon or myogesic tabs 3 times daily and use of celbrex 200 twice daily after meal
if ther is disc prolapse it may need surgical lamnictomy acoording to the symptoms especially if there is numbness severe pain and inability to move
use of calcium and vaitmin D supplements as calcitron once daily
and CH APLPHA PLUS ampule once daily
