Hello Dr . I m 39yrs old male . I drank colo prep to do colonscopy , but after i drink I change my mind to not to do colonscopy . So wat I have to do now . ? Can I eat normal food ? Pls advice I m in fear . Thanks

well, if you didn't do the colonoscopic examination of the colon; it's OK to start normal diet if you feel you are ready to do so.
normally when we restrict the diet after colon preparation; we recommend not to eat in order not to interfere with colonoscopic inspection of the internal colonic wall by food particles or feces
start by taking balanced solution them advance slowly to more hardy food
