Hi Dr. Am having shoulder pain, both sides can't lift them up without support or pick heavy thing, it's more painful during night can't turn without struggling and the phalanges part can't walk without lifting them up or stand for long. Please help doc.

Nope. Was taking ibrufen with no improvement

What is the treatment of shoulder Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve shoulder pain :
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Avoid wrong postures and sitting positions .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen .
- You need to do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center if your symptoms presisted despite following the previous tips
