Treatment of body pain
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid heavy works and lifting heavy objects these days. Also get sufficient night sleep for at least 8 hours daily to relax your body. You can take analgesics temporary like IBUPROFEN Tabs three times daily to relieve pain till seeing your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.Investigations to do
You can ask for measuring your blood pressure. CBC for your hemoglobin level and WBCs count also. In addition to that you can ask for ESR , CRP and ANA test.Causes of body pain
There are many causes like the following- Mechanical pain due to heavy works
- Generalized fatigue
- Anemia and poor nutrition
- Low blood sugar level
- Hypothyroidisim
