Mu father cause blood pressure and yesterday done craniotomy. In at present he is in Pune ( India) if any possibility to use Air ambulance service and go Cochin to other hospital

What is craniotomy ?
it is a removal of part of the skull surgically to decrease pressure that affecting brain most probably after an accident
What are the indications for craniotomy ?
cerebral vascular accident
trauma to the skull
hematoma inside the skull
cerebral edema or fluid arounf the brain
What are the possible complications of craniotomy ?
infection of the fluid of the brain
infection of the meninges
bleeding
loss of some motor and sensory functions
paralysis
decreased level of consiousness
possibility to use Air ambulance after the surgery :
its possible only in emergency cases beforea period of 2-4 weeks after the surgery , then if stable you can use air travel
