How to deffreniate between obstructive and nonobstructive azospermia ?

well , in obstructive there will be normal fsh lh and testerone level 
but in the nn ostructive there will be low level of testerone or high level of fsh and lh 
FNA showes that both testis are normal and there is normal spermatogenesies 
mostly you have obstructive azospermia 

What is obstructive azosperia?

that there is obstruction in the bathway of tessticular canal to produce sperm 
or there is obstruction in the prostatic duct to produce seminal fluied 
or ther is some sort of reflux 
or mixed by urine 

How to treat ?

surgical reduction of testicular duct and for prostatic duct and may need stent or increased it's diameter 
then treat any urethral abnormalities as for stenosies stricture or focal dilatation 
take omnic once daily for prostatic enlargement
